You will not receive any mailings or phone calls from our sales team, unless directly related to your order, or unless requested by you.

RETURNS:

If you need to return an item, please, note the following:
* A receipt is required for all returns
* All returns must be in resalable condition
* Defective items will be returned or exchanged at our discretion
* Purchases made by credit card must be refunded on the same credit card
* Shipping charges in the amount actually incurred (which may be different from the S&H you were charged) will not be refunded
* We will give you a written Return Authorization Number (RMA #) and specific shipping instructions. No returns can be accepted without the RMA # on the outside of the carton

Orders will generally be shipped within six to twelve (6-12) business days. In the event we have problems fulfilling your order in a timely manner, we will notify you.

AquaMonster cannot be held liable for typographical or computer errors. In the event of such error, we reserve the right to cancel your order; in which case, we will notify you promptly. All transactions shall be governed by the laws of Palm Beach County, Florida, USA. Applicable sales tax will be charged on all orders with Florida shipping or billing addresses. All duties and other taxes, if any, will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
